One of the most elegant country house hotels in the Cotswolds, Buckland Manor is set in ten acres of stunning grounds. With 4 AA red stars, 3 AA rosettes, and a member of Relais & Châteaux, Buckland Manor offers employees the opportunity to work within a traditional, yet friendly English country house hotel.

We pay our team service charge each month. This service charge all goes into one pot, and 100% of that service charge is then shared amongst all the team at the hotel – every penny received is paid out to the team. The service charge can be in the region of £305 a month (around £3,600 per year) over and above base pay, for a full‑time employee.

The hotel may offer on‑site staff accommodation to help the newest members of the team settle into life at the hotel and local area. Free parking is available on‑site.

. This is a full‑time role, 48 hours per week, 5 days over 7 on a rota basis to include evenings and weekends.

As a Chef De Partie, you will be working as part of a passionate team of chefs and play a crucial part in serving delicious dishes for our guests to enjoy.

This role would suit someone who has worked in a similar environment previously.

• You’ll be working with fresh food, turning it into delicious dishes for our guests.
• Our CDP’s run their own section of the kitchen.
• As a skilled chef, you’ll get to really put those knife skills to the test, whilst learning new skills from our senior chefs along the way.
• You’ll need to keep up to date with the latest allergen training.
• Everyone in the kitchen is responsible for keeping it clean.
• Labelling your food is important to avoid out‑of‑date food.
• As an experienced chef, we encourage you to share your knowledge with new, budding KP’s and commis coming into the industry.
