We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Spa Attendant at L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.
Role responsibilitiesAs a Spa Attendant, you will be the welcoming face of our spa, creating a warm and memorable experience for every guest. From greeting visitors on arrival to handling phone enquiries and emails, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint—expertly booking treatments and classes to suit each guest’s needs.
You’ll develop a thorough knowledge of the hotel, spa, and treatments on offer, enabling you to make thoughtful, personalised recommendations that help create truly special and relaxing experiences.
Maintaining a calm, clean, and beautifully organised environment is key to the role. You’ll ensure our spa is always fully stocked and ready to provide the highest standards of comfort and luxury for our guests.
Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, so you’ll build strong relationships with your colleagues and communicate clearly across shifts to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Full‑time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, on a variety of shifts, which may vary depending on business.
The shifts are as follows: 0600‑14:30pm and 12:45pm‑21:15pm on weekdays, 0700‑15:30pm and 12:00pm‑20:30pm on weekends. Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.
