Rapport Guest Services is seeking a Floor Coordinator to join our Guest Services team in Greater London. This part-time, fixed-term role covers two buildings and three floors, ensuring meeting rooms and catering spaces are well-presented and stocked for employees and guests.
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to multitask across two sites. Flexible, reliable, and able to lift heavy items, with catering or food service experience preferred.
