• Provide knowledgeable menu advice, take guest orders and attend to guest needs while actively upselling; track and ensure timely delivery from order to service.
• Prepare cocktails and drinks with accuracy and flair for both the bar counter and the rooms, entertaining guests and providing seamless service to ensure the best experience.
• Fulfil special requests involving dietary restrictions, drink preferences and special occasions as a Bar Supervisor.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer‑service ethic.
• Proficiency in English, the primary language used at the hotel.
