Brighton College is seeking an experienced Hospitality Sous Chef to join Lodestone House. You will lead from the front, shaping seasonal menus and delivering outstanding food across high-profile events with a calm, organised approach.
You’ll collaborate with the Hospitality Manager to maintain top standards, manage cost and stock, and ensure impeccable guest experiences at multiple venues within the college.
