• Oversee daily kitchen operations and support the Head Chef
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
• Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef

• Culinary qualifications or certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
