Renewables Service & Repair Engineer – Wolverhampton / Walsall (Midlands Patch)
Salary: £41,500 – £43,000 (DOE)
OTE: £50,000 – £60,000

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Renewables Service & Repair Engineer to join a growing team delivering renewable heating solutions across the Midlands.
This role is advertised for engineers based around Wolverhampton / Walsall, however the patch will cover various contracts across the Midlands.
There is no call-out or standby requirement for this position.
Overview of the Role
The Renewables Engineer will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing renewable heating systems within domestic properties.
This is a Monday to Friday mobile role covering a wider regional patch.

Key Responsibilities

Service and repair renewable heating systems, including Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP)
Diagnose system faults and carry out repairs efficiently
Ensure systems operate safely and in line with manufacturer guidelines
Deliver excellent customer service within occupied properties
Complete all required electronic documentation
Adhere to Health & Safety legislation and Safe Systems of Work
Maintain effective van stock control
Requirements

Proven experience working on renewable heating systems
ASHP qualifications desirable (training available for the right candidate with relevant experience)
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
Full UK Driving Licence
Willingness to travel across the Midlands region
Professional and customer-focused approach
Working Hours
Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
No call-out rota required.
Package

£41,500 starting salary rising to £43,000 for strong renewables experience
OTE £50,000 – £60,000
