Job Overview
Zeal Recruitment is looking for an experienced Multi‑Trades to join a well‑known building contractor on a social housing contract within the Sandwell area, including Oldbury, Cradley Heath, Rowley Regis, and the surrounding communities.
Duties- Retro fit of social housing
- EWI (Echo Wall Insulation)
- Support to the snagging team
- Core drilling where needed
- Mild carpentry work
- Ducting
- Experience carrying out similar works
- Own tools & VAN – this is a CIS role
- Keen eye for detail and a good finish
- Multi‑Trade

- Snagging
Competitive pay at £23.50 per hour. Ongoing contract. Working hours 08:00 – 16:00.
LocationSandwell, Midlands (includes Oldbury, Cradley Heath, Rowley Regis).
