Tech-People is seeking a Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer to support a portfolio of prestigious commercial sites around London. You will cover M&E tasks, monitor water temperature, test emergency lighting and service FCUs/AHUs, while maintaining electrical and mechanical plant and supporting BMS front-end systems.
The role includes a 1 in 8 callout rota with a £100 retainer and at least 4 hours per callout, plus van allowance and callout payments.
