Pest Control Technician

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated Pest Control Technician to join a successful and expanding team. The role offers a varied working day, visiting different sites across the West Midlands, carrying out treatments, and building strong relationships with customers.
What we need from you:
RSPH Level 2 (or equivalent) in Pest Management is essential
At least 1 years experience working as a Pest Control Technician
A full, clean UK driving licence
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
A professional and customer-focused approach
A proactive, can-do attitude
The successful candidate will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check

What the role involves:
You will be working across a variety of sites throughout the West Midlands, delivering high-quality pest control services to both commercial and residential customers. This is a field-based role where no two days are the same, requiring a high level of independence and responsibility.

Duties include:

Inspecting customer premises and assessing pest activity
Carrying out pest control treatments in line with company standards
Undertaking minor proofing works to prevent pest issues
Producing clear and accurate reports following site visits
Managing your own schedule across multiple sites
Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services where appropriate

Salary:
£26,000  £30,000 per year (depending on experience), plus uncapped commission.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am  5:00pm.
Overtime may also be required to suit business needs during busy periods.
