Maintenance Person, Building Maintenance, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

Job Description

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, we are looking for 20/30 hours per week, including some weekends as required to the needs of the Hotel.

Daily bedroom maintenance, as well as reported maintenance in public areas, kitchen and the Hotel exterior

Visual H&S checks to ensure compliance

Preventive maintenance programme to ensure product is maintained to high standard throughout

Painting and Decorating

Basic plumbing and electrical works.

Ideally Level 2 Health and Safety.

Tradesperson with electrics, plumbing, woodwork etc

You must be eligible and be able to prove your eligibility to work within the UK
