The Accounts Payable Specialist will report to the Accounts Payable Manager and support all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring all deadlines are met with the highest degree of accuracy.

• Review and enter invoices and credit memos timely and accurately
• Reconcile vendor statements periodically vs our vendor ledger and investigate variances
• Manage vendor relationships and build effective partnerships
• Respond to vendor and internal inquiries in a timely manner
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies to identify root cause
• Detail oriented
• Ability to follow-through on tasks and objectives
• Strong organizational skills and communication skills
• Proactive and solutions-oriented

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience in manufacturing
• Experience in Net Suite and/or Epicor ERP systems preferred
• Knowledge of invoice processing, 3‑way match, and vendor management best practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
