Job Details- 5+ years of commercial flooring (or similar) experience
- Established network and relationships with clients, GCs, PMs, or facility owners
- Excellent construction project delivery methods, contracts, and risk management
- Project budgeting, estimation, negotiating, and presenting
- Preferred certifications: PMP, CCM, etc.
- Results-oriented, problem solver, professional communicator
