Project Manager
Our client, an established provider of industrial and commercial infrastructure solutions, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction and service-related projects from planning through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, working directly with customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, scheduling, execution, and completion of construction and service projects.
- Oversee project budgets, profitability, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project schedules and deliverables to ensure contract requirements and customer expectations are met.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including change orders, customer communications, and project records.
- Review project-related documentation such as bills of materials, testing reports, timesheets, and expense reports.
- Track warranty claims, rework, and other project issues while driving timely resolution.
- Lead project closeout meetings and identify opportunities to improve internal processes and project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2–4 years of project or construction management experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a construction, industrial, manufacturing, or technical environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee project documentation and reporting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% for customer meetings and project site visits.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, if required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- LEED accreditation or certification.
