Location:
Wood Dale, IL (in-office) with regular travel to nearby active job sites in Chicagoland
Compensation: $90,000–$100,000/year + year-end bonus

Our client is an employee-owned commercial construction company built on the idea that when their people share in the success of the company, everyone wins. They are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their team and grow with them — in office in Wood Dale, IL and out at job sites across the Chicagoland area.
Day-to-DayDuties
- Support several Project Managers across multiple active projects
- Manage submittals and RFIs
- Assist with subcontracts and remittance
- Maintain and update project schedules
- Coordinate daily with superintendents and help resolve field issues as they arise
- Process and track change orders in Primavera P6
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience as APM, Project Engineer, etc.
- Background from a General Contractor or a subcontractor is welcome
- Familiarity with public/institutional project delivery - many public projects here!
- College degree preferred- not required
- ERP experience, Sage products preferred!
