Customer Support Agent - Japanese Bilingual for Import
An International Forwarder is looking for a Japanese Bilingual Import Agent.
Responsibilities:
- Check and handle shipping documents (Invoice, Packing Lists, etc.)
- Input shipment data into internal systems
- Assist with tracking cargo and reporting status updates
- Arranging customs clearance and delivery
- Processing of payment for import charges and generating invoices to customers by utilizing our system
- Communicate with shipping companies, truckers and the various branches within the company (under guidance)
Logistics experience is welcome but not required.
Qualifications:
- Communication skills
- PC skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Skills to manage transportation schedules
- Accuracy in data entry
Japanese - business level
