What You’ll Do- Administer policies and programs ensuring that the organizational products and processes meet established quality standards.
- Participate in the development, implementation, and administration of the organization’s quality management system and monitor progress against strategic quality‑related goals.
- Manage multiple quality issues (Corrective and Preventive Actions – CAPAs) from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain and report quality metrics to Management.
- Oversee the maintenance of the company’s ISO certification, including managing a rigorous internal audit schedule and ensuring timely resolution of corrective actions.
- Gather and analyze internal and external feedback to continuously improve processes and products.
- Interface with external labs and testing agencies (e.g., UL, CSA) as needed for compliance and product approval processes.
- Aid MSI Management in conducting on/off site quality training.
- Participate in Management Review meetings and represent the company at corporate‑level engineering and quality functions.
- Utilize problem‑solving and analytical skills to support Lean manufacturing initiatives and improvements.
- Engage in engineering projects and new product design initiatives, providing quality and design input.
- Create engineering documentation including product specifications, inspection procedures, and product approvals.
- Assist in assuring that products, components, and materials meet applicable industry standards and application requirements.
- Develop and coordinate testing plans for prototypes and first‑article samples to assess quality and performance.
- Provide technical support to customers, engineering firms, MSI sales, and customer service teams.
- Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately to maintain compliance and facilitate effective communication.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
Experience- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- CAD skills preferred [Solid Works & AutoCAD]
- Knowledge of basic engineering principles and their application to product design and development.
- Possess working knowledge of ISO Systems. (

- Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of business.
- Technical Windows expertise (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
- Ability to identify and seek needed information/Research skills.
- Problem‑solving skills.
