Optimas is seeking an EHS/ESG Manager for their Wood Dale, IL office to lead Environmental, Health & Safety and ESG programs across the Americas. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in EHS, a proven ability to build programs in lean environments, and familiarity with ISO standards. Responsibilities include establishing compliance systems, leading incident investigations, and developing ESG initiatives.

This role requires a hands-on leader with strong analytical and communication skills.
