Global Treasury Manager - Hybrid, Impact

LaSalle Network has partnered with a publicly traded aviation services company headquartered in Wood Dale, IL to identify a new Manager of Corporate Treasury
. This candidate is Someone with a strong background in corporate treasury, cash management, or financial risk who is ready to own global treasury operations from day one.

Are you a treasury professional who's been behind the scenes keeping companies liquid and protected, and ready to step into a high-visibility role at a major aerospace and defense company?

This role is budgeted between $100,000-$130,000 base, eligibility to earn discretionary 15% annual bonus. This role will be flexibility hybrid in the office in Wood Dale and Downtown Chicago.

• Own global treasury operations including cash and liquidity management, daily positioning, and forecasting across entities
• Manage banking relationships and optimize service agreements, fee structures, and credit facilities
• Lead cash flow forecasting, investment activity, and liquidity reporting for a complex, multi-entity business
• Monitor and manage financial risk exposure including foreign exchange, interest rate, and counter party risk
• Partner with Accounting, Tax, and FP&A to ensure accuracy and alignment across financial operations
• Support corporate initiatives including M&A, capital markets activity, and finance transformation projects

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; CTP or MBA a plus
• 5+ years of progressive treasury or corporate finance experience
• Strong knowledge of cash management, banking structures, and treasury systems
• Experience in a global, multi-currency environment strongly preferred
• Aerospace, defense, or government contracting background a plus
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving public company environment
