TRAX EMRO Software Administrator - 18079
OverviewThe TRAX EMRO Software Administrator is responsible for the effective management, support, and maintenance of the TRAX EMRO application, ensuring optimal system performance, data integrity, and user satisfaction. Additionally, this role includes administration of the Deltek Costpoint SaaS platform, supporting financial and project management operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and experience in enterprise software administration within an aviation or project-driven organization.
Responsibilities- Administer and maintain the TRAX EMRO software environment, including user account management, system configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Document TRAX EMRO system configurations, processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for internal use.
- Monitor integration points between TRAX EMRO and Deltek Costpoint, ensuring smooth data flows and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with Deltek support for Costpoint SaaS upgrades, patches, and issue escalation.
- Support finance, accounting, and project management teams in utilizing Costpoint features and reporting tools.
- Implement and enforce security protocols, including user access controls, audit logs, and compliance with IT policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience administering enterprise software platforms, preferably in aviation or project-based environments.
- Experience with TRAX EMRO and/or Deltek Costpoint SaaS strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of SaaS administration, user access controls, and IT security practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
