- Prior freight forwarding and/or logistics experience a plus.
- Operate all jobs under the proper & timely usage of Dimerco Value Plus System, including data & sales/costs entry.
- Maintain services toward customer satisfactions & excellency through good communication & coordination with customer/carriers & affiliated business suppliers/partners.
- Handle & co‑ordinate Air Export shipment internally & externally with customers, Dimerco offices/agent to ensure the shipment executed smoothly on a daily basis.
- Generate internal Debit Notes for Dimerco offices/agents.
- Send pre‑alert to overseas agents.
- Follow‑up & update shipment information related to AE & Brokerage.
- Other assignments by management.
