• 1+ years of freight forwarding experience
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Good with data

Utilizing email, Microsoft Teams, phone calls, and in-person conversations to manage business communications and address relevant issues, including but not limited to export shipments. Scheduling pickups for the ocean export shipment Booking the ocean export shipment with the ocean carriers and co-loaders Creating and correcting the ocean bill of lading and related required documents Issuing freight invoices for the ocean export shipments Sending pre-alerts to customers and overseas offices Completing all required internal and external training programs.
