Logistics Coordinator

This company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Air Import Coordinator to join our transportation and logistics team. Previous experience in air import operations is preferred but not required
. We are open to candidates who are motivated to learn the logistics business and develop their skills in international transportation.

• Support day-to-day air import operations
• Prepare and process documents required for import shipments
• Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and related matters
• Prepare customer invoices and assist with billing activities
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, carriers, and other business partners as needed
• Assist with warehouse-related activities when necessary
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation
• Perform other duties related to import operations as assigned

• Previous experience in air import, freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Japanese and English bilingual skills preferred;
  English-only candidates are also welcome
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
