Evening Cleaning Coordinator; Part-Time

You will report to our Facilities Manager/Operations Director and will support the facilities operations of our American subsidiary. This is a part-time, on-site role responsible for supervising an external janitorial team, ensuring cleaning standards are consistently met, and acting as the main liaison between our company and the cleaning provider.

The building includes restricted access areas, and this role will require a dependable and discreet individual capable of working independently with limited supervision. The ideal candidate is someone who has previously led or coordinated a cleaning crew, has strong attention to detail, and takes great pride in maintaining pristine environments.

• Supervision: Oversee the daily performance of the contracted cleaning company, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Access Control: Work in and around restricted areas of the building with full awareness of confidentiality and access protocols.
• Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect cleanliness and report any deficiencies, damages, or urgent maintenance needs.
• Point of Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for the cleaning vendor and communicate feedback, needs, and issues.
• Occasional Support: Step in when needed to assist with urgent cleaning tasks or during inspections.

Education & Other Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cleaning or janitorial services
• Prior experience as a team leader or cleaning supervisor strongly preferred
• Excellent references and a track record of reliability
• High standards of professionalism and personal integrity
