- Up to $19.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Set up, troubleshoot, and operate cold heading machines; perform daily/weekly maintenance to maintain optimal machine performance.;
Use micrometers, microcalipers, and gauges to check parts' dimensions and attributes.;
Read and interpret blueprints to verify wire grade, diameter, and material specs.;
Use SPC process monitoring systems and machine controls.;
Maintain accurate quality records and related documentation; follow all instructions from supervisors and team leaders; maintain good housekeeping.
