Machine Operator

Responsible for operating, and maintaining production machinery. Working as part of a small team of operators to support workflow, ensuring safety, quality, and daily production standards are met.

• Operate and maintain assigned production equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with established procedures and schedules.
• Set up machines, perform routine adjustments, and ensure proper machine cleaning and maintenance.
• Perform regular quality control checks and document production data accurately.
• Maximize productivity and maintain steady workflow during the shift.
• Communicate effectively with other operators and shift leaders.
• Provide hands‑on support in troubleshooting and resolving machinery or operational problems.
• Recommend and assist with process improvements for production efficiency and product quality.

• Prior experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing or industrial setting (3+ years preferred).
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude including proficient use of hand tools and basic shop equipment; ability to troubleshoot and perform basic equipment repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders, equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and basic technical documentation.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Effective communication, computer, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work second shift and flex as needed for business demands.
• Experience/Certification driving a forklift

Active presence on the manufacturing floor with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and use hands and arms for operating machinery. Shift hours based on production schedules, which may include nights, weekends, and overtime.
