We are actively looking for In Home Sales Representatives to join our team.

Our ideal candidate is an ambitious individual with a strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, and a focus on delivering a positive customer experience while achieving sales targets. This role involves spending time as a sales professional out in the field.

• Running appointments
• Performing ride‑along appointments
• Conducting roof & attic inspections
• Attending weekly sales meetings
• Continued training with teammates
• Ensuring an excellent customer service experience

• Must be comfortable walking on roof
• Self‑motivated
• Able to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Can lift/carry 50-80 lbs.
• Be able to demonstrate mastery of our sales system
• Clean driving record, required
• Background check, required
• No prior sales experience required
• No roofing experience required
