A global logistics company is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator to support business reporting, sales analysis, customer presentations, and market research activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, creating reports and presentations, and supporting business development initiatives in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain internal business reports and sales performance data
- Analyze sales activities and assist with performance tracking
- Support customer proposals and presentation materials
- Research and compile logistics and market intelligence information
- Assist with customer performance reports and account-related analysis
- Coordinate with overseas offices and internal departments
- Support business improvement and administrative projects
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations preferred but not necessary
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
