All Surfaces is seeking a General Manager to lead a 250,000-square-foot distribution center in Wood Dale, Illinois. This onsite role oversees two shifts, warehouse operations, and driver coordination to support a high-volume regional distribution network.
The ideal candidate will drive safety, productivity, and service improvements, build strong teams, and implement practical processes to sustain performance. A bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of leadership in warehousing are preferred.
