– Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records – Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate patient and provider communication – Answer phones and assist visitors, providing excellent customer service and support – Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents – Support billing, coding, and documentation processes as needed – Maintain a clean and organized work environment supportive of efficient office operations
– Proven clerical or administrative experience in a healthcare setting or similar environment – Strong organizational skills with attention to detail – Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written – Proficiency with standard office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively – Professional appearance and demeanor, contributing to positive patient and staff interactions
– High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in administrative support or healthcare office management are a plus – Prior experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems or medical billing software is preferred – Ability to work scheduled hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Tuesday & Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. – Flexibility to handle a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities – No specific licensure required, but familiarity with healthcare terminology and procedures is advantageous
