Assistant Terminal Manager — Foodliner Trucking, Wood River, IL. $65K-$80K Annual pay based on experience.

Foodliner, one of the largest food-grade carriers in the US and a Transport Topics Top 100 Carrier, is seeking an Assistant Terminal Manager to oversee all phases of our trucking operation at our Wood River, IL terminal.

Oversee all phases of the trucking operation at the Wood River, IL terminal. This includes hands-on duties in a truck terminal that may include a maintenance shop and tank wash, as applicable.

• Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
• A bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations management or transportation/logistics is preferred
• Working skills with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Knowledgeable in DOT/FMCSA Regulations, especially Hours of Service
• Background working with dispatch software; we use TMW
• Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement, and driving experience is preferred
• A well-qualified individual will be hands-on and able to perform all duties in a truck terminal that includes a maintenance shop and tank wash
