Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Overview

Southern Health Partners is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for full‑time days at the Camden County Jail in Woodbine, GA. This role provides the opportunity to practice hands‑on nursing in a fast‑paced correctional environment, delivering medication administration, assessments, treatments, and patient education in collaboration with a dedicated healthcare team.

Salary: $31.00-$33.00 per hour
Travel: none
Shift: 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM (rotating schedule)

Provide direct nursing care, perform assessments, administer medications, document patient information accurately, and support patients with education and communication within the correctional setting.

• Current Georgia LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work a rotating schedule
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Electronic medical record documentation experience preferred
• Correctional healthcare experience welcomed but not required
