We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our growing team as we deliver high‑quality installations across Solar PV, EV charging, and Battery Energy Storage systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with next‑generation clean‑energy technology and play a key role in the UK’s transition toward a net‑zero future.

As an Electrician
, you will work on a variety of commercial and industrial electrical installations, ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

As an Electrician
, you will:

  • Install, test, and commission electrical systems, including Solar PV, EV charge points, and Battery Energy Storage Systems.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and installation drawings.
  • Perform fault‑finding, diagnosis, and rectification to ensure safe and compliant operation of systems.
  • Complete electrical testing, inspection, and certification in line with BS7671.
  • Maintain accurate installation records, test sheets, and quality‑assurance documentation.
  • Support technical improvements, site preparation, and ongoing maintenance activities as required.
  • Collaborate with other trades and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Experience & Qualifications

The ideal Electrician will have:

  • At least 5–10 years’ experience as a qualified electrician in commercial or industrial environments.
  • AM2/AM2S/AM2E or equivalent assessment.
  • Experience working with Solar PV installations, EV charge points, or associated control/communication systems (Ethernet/Modbus preferred but not essential).
  • Strong practical skills in electrical assembly, testing, installation, and fault‑finding.
  • A high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to safe working practices.
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to produce high‑quality work under project deadlines.
