Key Responsibilities:
AP & AR Transactions – Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices and payments
- Bank Reconciliations – Perform monthly reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Fixed Asset Management – Track acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation schedules
- Journal Entries & General Ledger Support – Maintain financial integrity with accurate postings
- Month-End Closing – Assist with reconciliations and financial statement preparation
- Credit Card Expenditures – Analyze, record, and allocate expenses correctly
- Audit Support – Prepare financial documentation for external auditors
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration – Gather and analyze data to support decision-making
- Vendor & Customer Inquiries – Assist with financial transaction resolutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in accounting (Consumer Products industry experience preferred)
- Proficiency in accounting software & Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
