Financial Analyst, Controlling Specialist

• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes in compliance with corporate accounting policies and deadlines
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals
• Maintain and monitor general ledger integrity, ensuring entries are supported and coded correctly
• Guide team members as needed to align work with accounting standards and controls
• Review and analyze balance sheet accounts, investigate variances, and provide explanations to management
• Ensure adherence to internal control policies, support audits, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams on cost allocation, capitalization, and expense recognition
• Assist with presentations and reports for management and external stakeholders
• Participate in process improvement projects to streamline accounting workflows and strengthen internal controls

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting, financial controlling, or audit
• Experience with month-end close processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to synthesize complex data and information into clear and concise reports and presentations
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements in accounting and reporting workflows
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling and analysis tools
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and financial reporting tools
