Administrative Assistant – Temp to Perm

Location: Iselin, NJ
Onsite: 5 days per week
Salary: Temporary hourly role through busy season. If converted to full time, expected salary range is $50,000–$60,000
, commensurate with experience.
Start Date: Immediate after one video screen

Must have the following:

Strong Microsoft Word expertise, professional administrative experience, onsite availability, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide heavy Word processing support including formatting, editing, and proofreading documents
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and client-facing materials
  • Support partners and staff with day-to-day administrative needs
  • Manage files, records, and internal documentation with accuracy
  • Assist with general office support during peak workload periods
  • Collaborate closely with onsite team members to meet tight deadlines
Requirements:
  • Advanced Microsoft Word skills are required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Prior administrative or word processing experience; professional services experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working onsite full time
  • Reliable, responsive, and able to manage deadline-driven work
  • Professional demeanor with clear communication skills
