Administrative Assistant - $55K - $65K job at Miller Staffing. Avenel, NJ.

Administrative Assistant job opportunity available in the Avenel, NJ 07001.

Position is contract to hire.

You will be on the Staffing Firm's payroll prior to converting to the client's payroll.

While on the Staffing Firm's payroll, pay is weekly each Friday.

Hours are: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday.

$26.45 per hour - $31.25 per hour pay rate.

$55K - $65K annual pay rate.

Work environment is an office within a warehouse distribution center.

Company is small - midsized.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
  • You will be supporting the CEO directly in this role
  • Must be proficient working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient typing professional correspondences over email and memos
  • Calendar management of meetings and travel
  • Booking air travel, hotels, car rentals, etc.
  • Preparing expense reports
  • Preparing financial reports

Must have relevant experience working in an office environment.

While on the Staffing Agency payroll, a Minimum Essential Coverage (Mec) Health Plan is available at no extra cost to the employee and up to 5 Sick Days per year are provided.
