About Us: We are a growing distribution company specializing in industrial packaging (drums, pails, and bottles). We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant to the Warehouse Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with shipping and receiving operations
• Manage inventory and office tasks
• Communicate effectively with the main office
• Ensure attention to detail in all tasks
• Maintain a professional demeanor and flexibility

Qualifications:

• Clerical experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Professional demeanor, flexibility, and reliability

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
