Ansell is looking for a Specialist, Supply Chain & Inventory Control to join our team Iselin, NJ!
The base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 U.S. Dollars per year
Specific salary for this role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Candidate may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
In this position, you will play a vital role in key operational responsibilities for maintaining inventory accuracy, financial integrity, and system synchronization across regional warehousing and distribution facilities. You will play a hands-on role in managing inventory processes, resolving discrepancies between ERP and third-party WMS systems, and ensuring compliance with audit and quality standards.
This is a highly collaborative position where you will partner across Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Sales, and third-party logistics providers to ensure products move efficiently and accurately through our distribution network.

Serve as a subject matter expert in Inventory Control within the Supply Chain organization
Monitor and reconcile inventory discrepancies between Ansell ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and third-party WMS platforms
Execute and support cycle count programs, quarterly audits, and annual physical inventories
Perform inventory adjustments and analyze financial impacts of daily accounting transactions
Manage inventory across multiple classifications including quarantine, aging, and hold sub-inventories
Partner cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Product Management, QARA, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Transportation to support service level excellence
Coordinate with third-party warehousing and distribution partners to maintain inventory accuracy and operational alignment
Support acquisition integrations into established warehousing and logistics processes
Develop, maintain, and improve inventory control SOPs
Distribute and analyze weekly and monthly inventory performance reports
Provide support to MDM related to item master data, units of measure conversions, and product dimensions
Monitor and help mitigate supply chain disruptions impacting warehousing and distribution operations
Support inventory-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in warehouse and distribution environments
5+ years of experience with WMS systems and Inventory Control
Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
Experience with EDI transactions
Experience supporting domestic and international transportation (preferred)
Experience with FDA regulations and U.S. Customs compliance
Experience with medical device (lot-controlled) products and HAZMAT shipping (preferred)
