Construction Salesperson Estimator

Job Description

We are looking for a Construction Salesperson / Estimator (Residential) for an immediate hire opportunity in Avenel, NJ! A well established construction and fence company is looking for an experienced estimator within the construction industry. If you are looking to continue your career while earning a great paycheck, this is the role for you!

• 8:00am - 4:00pm

• $55,000/yr + 4% commission

• Conduct on-site consultations with homeowners
• Educate said homeowners on fence styles, materials, and design options
• Measure properties and prepare accurate proposals and pricing
• Follow up on leads
• Coordinate with installation team to ensure smooth installation
• Coordinate with accounting to collect deposits and final payments
• Maintain CRM notes and sales activity tracking
• Proactively build relationships with home builders, landscape & pool companies to generate leads and referrals

• Microsoft Office experience
• CRM experience
• Prior estimating experience
• Previous residential and construction related sales experience
• Construction experience preferred
• Good customer service, and professional attitude
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
