STO Building Group’s Structure Tone division in New Jersey seeks a Senior Estimator to develop and prepare construction cost estimates for diverse projects in early development and support the team through pre-construction.
You will review plans, perform take-offs, solicit bids, analyze offers, and maintain cost data. Strong MS Office skills and 7–12 years of estimating experience are required; a BS/BA in a related field is preferred.
