Structure Tone is seeking a Superintendent to support our New Jersey healthcare projects. The role ensures timely, cost-effective field coordination, quality control and day-to-day supervision of subcontracted work forces.
Responsibilities include scheduling, progress reviews with PM and clients, enforcing safety, directing subcontractors on ground-up projects, and QA/QC to meet client specs. Salary ranges from $125k to $165k with discretionary bonus potential.
