Description What can you expect as an Automotive Customer Service Advisor? A Jiffy Lube Service Advisor is a customer-facing role responsible for creating a positive experience for guests, providing recommendations for appropriate services and ensuring customer satisfaction along with checking in and out customers. They are also tasked with communicating any concerns or special circumstances that might impact the customer's overall experience.

This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain service options, costs and any potential issues.

• Greet the customer and acknowledge their request
• Check-In the customer and verify information
• Be an expert on all sales processes and initiatives
• Process phone calls in a professional manner. Encourage the customer to come in for service.
• Be comfortable educating our customers on our product offerings
• Document, verbally communicate and educate on manufacturers recommendations
• Write estimates and order parts for services as needed.
• Be able to create and bill out all sales orders.
• Work towards achieving any company-set goals or objectives, including individual sales goals.
• Keep pace with customers, balancing multiple priorities and using good judgement to manage time.
• Build relationships with customers by communicating the status of their vehicle, promise time.

On-the-job training with Award Winning Online Training Platform:
Jiffy Lube University

• Driver's License
• Ability to Stand on your feet for 10+ hours
• Ability to speak English
• Bi-lingual is a plus
• Previous sales experience, automotive is plus
