Responsibilities
- Permanent position for a Senior Architect for design and project management.
- Solve problems encountered during architectural projects for mission critical facilities.
- Evaluate and select adaptation or modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
- Manage and coordinate a team of architects and technicians.
- Point of contact with vendors, contractors, and operations team to meet schedule deadlines.
- Draft, write and proofread reports and specifications.
- Develop budget estimates.
- Prepare architectural plans and renderings.
- Consult manufacturers.
- Evaluate and select materials.
- Inspect architectural features.
- Bachelor's in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of architectural experience with NCARB registration.
- Ability to design in CAD.
- Design ability in Revit, and/or BIM is a plus.
- Registration as a licensed Architect is required.
