Design of plumbing and fire protection systems for Commercial projects.
Create plans, schematics, equipment selection, calculations, systems narratives and specifications, system design and layout, field investigation and construction administration.
Ability to perform site evaluations.
Attend meetings with other consultants.
Work in close contact with the entire design team.
Provide engineering support for Senior engineering staff.
Comply with group and company standards and procedures.
Qualificationsrelevant experience in design of plumbing/fire protection systems for construction projects.
Proficiency in the latest version of AutoCAD and HASS (or similar hydraulic calculation program).
Experience working in Revit or other BIM delivery methods is a plus.
Understanding of local codes, applicable NFPA standards.
