Thorlabs is seeking an Engineer II in Newton, NJ to research, design, and coordinate mechanical products and systems for our photonics instruments. You will lead fabrication planning, verify designs meet customer specs, and mentor junior staff within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, 4+ years of design experience, and proficiency with Solid Works. Occasional duties at other Thorlabs locations may apply.
