Shearwater Geo Services is seeking a Marine Crewing Planner to coordinate day-to-day crewing activities for an allocated portfolio of vessels. You will ensure crews are qualified, compliant, and mobilised on time, acting as the main contact for offshore personnel on assignments and leave, and coordinating rotations per company requirements.
You will also support onboarding, overlaps and inductions while working with Operations, Fleet Management and Marine Crewing teams to allocate resources
