• Conducting studies and performing engineering design tasks.
• Offshore site surveys.
• Preparing technical enquiries for mechanical equipment.
• Following up suppliers and supplier documentation.
• Participating in meetings and providing input to reports.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum five years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience with maintenance and modification projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with Equinor’s company-specific requirements is preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, such as the Norwegian Ocean Industry Authority’s regulations, NORSOK and ISO standards.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Multidisciplinary understanding and strong collaboration skills.
• Proactive approach, including seeking advice from others and sharing relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute to a positive professional environment.
