’m recruiting for an Engineering Manager to join an established manufacturer in Middlesex County, New Jersey. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced electrical engineer who can lead a technical team while supporting product development and manufacturing operations.
Key responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team
- Oversee electrical product design, development, testing, and validation
- Manage engineering projects from concept through production
- Partner with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations
- Troubleshoot technical and production-related issues
- Improve engineering processes, product quality, cost, and performance
- Ensure projects meet customer, regulatory, and schedule requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering — required
- Engineering leadership or management experience
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical design, testing, and troubleshooting knowledge
- Proven project management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to balance hands-on technical work with team leadership
