This role is about learning how to combine that knowledge to identify vulnerabilities.

As an Associate Loss Control Engineer
, you'll join a structured development program designed for early-career engineers who are curious, motivated, and eager to build technical expertise. Your journey begins with training, research, independent study, and mentorship from experienced engineers. As your knowledge grows, you'll transition into the field, visiting industrial facilities and learning firsthand how critical mechanical and electrical systems affect the ability of a facility to operate efficiently and profitably.

• Learn from experienced loss control engineering professionals through structured training and mentoring
• Research and develop expertise in mechanical, electrical, and industrial equipment and how these are used in industrial settings
• Participate in facility inspections and engineering surveys
• Help identify equipment reliability and operational risks
• Prepare professional technical reports
• Support client meetings, presentations, and consulting projects
• Build trusted relationships with clients across a variety of industries

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Recent graduates and early-career engineers encouraged to apply
• Strong technical curiosity and a passion for learning
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader team
• Willingness to travel

Salary Range: $68,000 - $74,000 annually with performance reviews every 6 months for the first 2 years of employment.
